Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

Account Security Obligations

Promotional Abuse

33333bt takes a firm stance against promotional abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms, using automated tools to place wagers, and coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to have engaged in promotional abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and full forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings derived from abuse activity.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using 33333bt, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent suspension:

• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on 33333bt. All chargeback disputes will be contested, and accounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure Initiated by the Player

You have the right to close your 33333bt account at any time by contacting our support team via the live chat facility. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 33333bt will process any remaining balance in your account (subject to KYC verification and the absence of pending wagering requirements on active bonuses) and close the account within 5 business days. Closure or Suspension Initiated by 33333bt

33333bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Evidence of promotional abuse, collusion, automated play, or any other prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to applicable notification requirements.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority requiring account restriction.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for any reason, access to the 33333bt platform under that account will cease immediately. Any remaining balance may be subject to review before release, particularly in cases where the closure is initiated due to suspected fraud or Terms violation. 33333bt will communicate the outcome of any balance review to the email address registered on the account.

Liability & Disclaimer

Platform Availability

Game and Bet Integrity

In the event of a technical error during a game or bet placement — including but not limited to server failures, software glitches, or network interruptions that affect the outcome of a wager — 33333bt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the players' account balances. This decision is final and binding. 33333bt will not honour payouts that arise from bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33333bt's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 33333bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Third-Party Game Providers
